Cosmic Pizza and Donair - Heritage Drive: Where Flavor Meets Community

So nice lovleye place amazing atmosphere workers really seem kinda and enthusiastic. Service was fast and pizza was best I’ve had so far in the community!

I loved the service, warm food, such a lovely thriving small business. Warm, fast, delicious pizza. Such a great way to spend lunch in the Acadia community. Must visit!

I recently ordered takeout from Cosmic Pizza & Donair, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The staff member who assisted me, whose name I believe was either Shah or Ash, was amazing. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was handled quickly and correctly. His outstanding customer service truly made the experience even better. I ordered a Beef Donair and 20 pieces of salt and pepper wings, and the food did not disappoint. The beef donair was filled with tender, perfectly seasoned meat, crisp vegetables, and their signature sauce, all wrapped in a warm, soft pita. Every bite was packed with flavor, and it was clear that they use fresh, quality ingredients. The salt and pepper wings were just as impressive! Cooked to a perfect crisp with just the right balance of seasoning, the wings were juicy and flavorful on the inside with a delicious crunchy exterior. The portion size was generous, making it a great value. Even though I opted for takeout, the food arrived home still hot and fresh, thanks to the careful packaging. It’s clear that Cosmic Pizza & Donair takes pride in both their service and food quality. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. From the amazing customer service by Shah (or Ash) to the delicious food, I highly recommend giving Cosmic Pizza & Donair a try. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Update: I have since called the restaurant and explained my issues and took them up on their offer to make things right. Needless to say, they had already made true to that offer, and assured me that those issues will not return. Their customer service is exceptional and we will return, hopefully with more delivery options available. Original: I want to preface this and say the first time was absolutely amazing, the cheese was crunchy, crust crispy, sauce plentiful. Every time after that has been disappointment. The first time, green olives arrived on the pizza, with pits still in them, that is absolutely insane. The second time, items were forgotten and it was improperly made. Third time, they forgotten items, and it took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive, so cold. Delivery was to riverbend and I Will not give them a 4th chance, find somewhere else for good pizza, partners pub and grill on Ogden road is amazing, even if it is expensive.

This place is amazing. I come here almost everyday. Honestly some of the best pizza I've ever eaten and as a matter of fact. I would give this more than 5 stars just for how good they are.

Very good quality pizza. Very little wait time and fast service. Workers always treat you with respect and the quality of the food is very warm and delicious!!
